Michelle's Patisserie
Michelle Doyon, the founder of Michelle's Patisserie, has a rich background in baking that began in her grandmother's kitchen. She graduated from Smith College with a degree in Psychology and then moved to San Francisco to pursue her passion for baking. Under the guidance of Traci des Jardin, she honed her skills in California French baking. Michelle's Patisserie is known for its intricate made-to-order wedding and special-occasion cakes and pastries, and she has been recognized for her exceptional work in both regional and national wedding magazines. Her culinary journey has also been featured on FOOD NETWORK’s Big Time Bake, where she won The Big Bake Holiday in December 2022. Michelle's Patisserie has been voted by local brides and is part of the Knot Best of Weddings Hall of Fame. Additionally, she received Best of Tasting two years in a row from That Takes The Cake Competition and was awarded the 2022 Junior League of Austin's Culinary Fellowship.
